1. Are your lessons specific to any one region, school board, or program?
   No, our lessons have been specifically prepared to apply to anyone needing Math Help. Our lessons are all based on topics so you can find and download only the math lesson(s) that cover the topic(s) you want. Our site search can help you find the right lessons.
   
   
2. I am looking for help on Probability and Conics, when will you have these lessons available?
   We have lessons in the works for both Probability and Conics. They will be available in mid 2010.
   
   
3. Are lessons like lectures?
   No there are no boring lectures, our math lessons explain the concepts and then provide complete detailed step by step solutions to example questions. At the end of each lesson there is a series of review questions that you do on your own and then check with the answer that follows.
   
   
4. What happens after I purchase a lesson?
   You will receive an e-mail from us with a link(s) you click on to download your lesson(s). Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this e-mail. Your e-mail settings may have caused our e-mail with the link(s)to go into your spam folder.
   
   
5. I am using a Mac, can I download and view your lessons?
   Yes, however you will need to have Flip4Mac on your Mac. The link to download it from Apple is Flip4Mac.
   
   
6. Would you tell me, please, if practice problems are included in your lessons, or if, alternatively, you recommend books of practice problems that can be purchased? Thank you.
   Yes our math lessons include carefully selected review questions. At the end each lesson there are a several review questions that you do on your own. Pause the lesson at each review question, do it and then start the lesson to check your answer. There is no need to purchase additional material.
   
   
7. I am hopeless at Math. I can't get through the material with a live teacher or tutor. How will this help me?
   Math Made Simple videos can really help a student learn math. The "hands-on" approach takes the student through problem solving in a step by step manner that allows them to follow along. The videos allow students to move forward and backward to work through problems at their own pace. It also allows students to review problems as many times as they want without feeling embarrassed or intimidated by anyone.
