I know that fractions are rational numbers. How about 4 or 5 or 100 or any number not in fraction form?
I say that 4 or 5 or 100 or any number is also a rational number because any number can be divided by one.

So, 4 = 4/1, 5 = 5/1, 100 = 100/1 = RATIONAL NUMBERS.

TRUE OR NOT?

This is true, the integers are a proper subset of the rationals.
