$$\displaystyle \dfrac{(2b)(50x) - (10)(3t)}{(10)(50x)} = \dfrac{(2b)(50x)}{(10)(50x)} - \dfrac{(10)(3t)}{(10)(50x)}$$

Cancel out stuff.

$$\displaystyle \dfrac{2b}{10} - \dfrac{3t}{50x}$$
